Moribana

Moribana is one of the foundation styles of the Ohara School and forms the basis of many landscape arrangements. During this session, students will work with the three principal forms: Upright, Slanting, and Water-Reflecting.

Attention is given to line, proportion, and spatial balance, together with the relationship between container, water, and plant material. Practical work develops confidence in the placement of the principal lines and supporting materials while reinforcing the structural principles of Moribana.

All day classes are £50. You will also need to purchase the flowers separately which can cost anything up to £20 extra.
